Return Policy
If a customer discovers an issue after receiving their order, they may request a conditional return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt (as per the signing date). Customers must initiate the return or exchange within this 7-day period, as no requests will be accepted after that. Each product is allowed only one exchange.
Steps
1. Email Notification: Notify our customer service team.
2. Condition of Products: Products and packaging must remain in their original condition as sold by Locke Limited, with all accessories included, including intact labels and tags that have not been removed, and the product must be unused.
3. Return Documentation: You must present a valid delivery note or order receipt when returning, otherwise we cannot process the return or exchange.
4. Shipping Method: Return the item to our company via SF Express.

Eligible Products for Return/Exchange
Conditions for return/exchange include discrepancies between delivered products and those listed in the order, product quality issues, defects, and problems not caused by human errors, or if the product has exceeded its valid usage date.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Items without packaging, labels, or missing contents (must match all accessories and packaging at the time of receipt).
- Customer-related reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, wrong color, or personal unsuitability.
- Damaged items after modification and usage by the customer.
- Items exceeding the 7-day return period.
- Certain items may be marked as non-refundable.
- Damage occurring during the shipping process.
Shipping Costs and Time for Returns/Exchanges
Unless the reason for the return/exchange is a shipping error, the shipping costs incurred during the process will be borne by the customer. Once Locke Limited confirms the successful return of the item, we will promptly check and arrange for the exchange.
For damaged or non-conforming items: You must take photos of the item and notify our customer service. Only after confirmation can we arrange for SF Express to process the return to the return address. If items are sent before our confirmation, we reserve the right not to accept and will return the items to the customer. Locke Limited will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
If items are damaged or lost during the return, Locke Limited will not be responsible.
Locke Limited reserves the final decision on return and exchange requests.
